By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card or debit card. A ‘booking’ means any order for our products or services that is accepted by us. Please note all deposits paid are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or if we are unable to re-let the room.
Arrival and Departure
Our check-in time is from 4:00pm to 10:30pm. Check in times outside of those specified must be agreed with us prior to arrival. Check-out time is 11:00am.
If your reservation is cancelled or in the event of non-arrival, no refund will be given and the full amount will be charged, unless we are able to re-let the room. In which case a 15% administration fee will be charged. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. All cancellation payments due will be collected from your credit card or debit card details given to us at the time of booking.
Please ensure you contact us no later than 6:00pm on the day of arrival to let us know if you will be arriving after 8:30pm.
Prices include breakfast and VAT at the current rate.
Most major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. We do not accept cheques. A deposit payment is due at time of booking in order to reserve the room.
All additional sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice at check-in. In the event of any query relating to the invoice, you must notify us within 14 days of the invoice date and your obligation to pay all outstanding balances immediately will not be affected.
Confirmation of a booking by you is deemed acceptance of these terms.
Children under 3 years old may have use of a travel cot for a charge of £5.
Please note: If you arrive with more people, whether it be a child or adult, than was stated in your booking we cannot guarantee availability. If we do have availability, you will be charged for the additional people. In the event we do not have availability and you chose not to stay then we reserve the right to charge full payment for the booking.
Car parking is free and vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Behaviour or noise levels judged unacceptable may result in the termination of the booking without refund. Statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health and safety must be strictly observed by our guests. Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of us, our liability to the guest is limited to the price of the booking. Guests will be charged for any damage caused.
Complaints regarding the stay should be made in writing within 90 days.

* Support for the Mobility Impaired. We do not have such facilities due to the nature of our building.
* Support for the Visually Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
* Support for the Hearing Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. Please tell us at reception if you do not wish us to do so. We will not share your details with any third party.
This is a non smoking establishment. It is classed as a public place and therefore it is illegal to smoke on the premises. We respectfully ask for your co-operation and consideration in this matter at all times. Any guest who is found to be smoking or have smoked in the room will be charged for cleaning and sanitising the room. You are welcome to smoke in the front of the Inn. A beautiful outside area with sun deck is available for you to relax on where ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
